Periodically, Dominion East Ohio will print a notice about
the Eligible Customer List on the bill. This message will include instructions
that explain how you can opt out/in.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. You can change your mind at any time. Just remember to
notify us by the last Friday of each month as shown in the schedule above.
If not, your decision will be reflected on the following list.
Opting In or Out
There are three ways you can opt in/out:
Online: Sign
in or register
and you can opt in or out as part of managing your account.
Call 1-800-362-7557 and "opt-out" using the automated
menu options for energy choice.
