Transmission Business Contacts
The Dominion Virginia Power System Operations group is
responsible for performing the functions of the Transmission Provider as
described in FERC Orders 888, 889 and all subsequent modifications and addendums
to these orders.
We seek to serve FERC approved entities desiring to transfer
energy using Dominion Virginia Power's transmission facilities. Our OASIS
site is http://vacar.jtsin.com/OASIS/VAP.
If you have not executed the necessary Transmission Service
Agreements, do not have trading authorization, cannot access the OASIS site, or
have other questions concerning our transmission business, contact us using the
