An application was filed by Dominion on February
2, 2007 with the Virginia State Corporation Commission (SCC) for approval
of the 230 kV underground line between Clarendon and Ballston. They have
authority for all transmission projects 150 kV and above.

As ordered by the SCC, the project was noticed and the application was made available for public review. No comments or requests for a hearing were received, and the Commission did not schedule a hearing. A Final Order approving the 230kV portion of the project was received on May 25, 2007.
