Construction continues along Kirkwood; restoration continues on Fairfax. This week, crews continue trenching through the intersection at Kirkwood and Washington Blvd, between 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Crews are also trenching along the median of Kirkwood near 15th Street. At least one travel lane will remain open in both directions, although another route through these areas may be advisable during construction hours. Crews continue pavement restoration along Fairfax Drive, near the intersection at 10th Street and Kirkwood Road.

Short work week. This week, crews will finish for the week at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 26. We hope to be finished with the open trench work at the intersection of Kirkwood and Washington Blvd. at that time. With the exception of some brick work being completed near FDIC, all steel plates will be removed from Fairfax Drive, and the sidewalk near St. Charles will be restored.
