Dominion Virginia Power is committed to providing safe and reliable power to customers, and this sometimes requires the construction of additional electric facilities.

In northern Arlington County, redevelopment is increasing electrical demands. Several of our existing substations require alternative sources of power to increase reliability, and the Clarendon area requires additional substation facilities to meet the growing demand for power.
