PETER W. BROWN, physician, Virginia Surgical Associates. He is a director of Bassett Furniture Industries, Inc. Dr. Brown received his undergraduate and medical degrees from Emory University and is a clinical associate professor of surgery at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center. He is a former director of America’s Utility Fund and former Chairman of the board of trustees at Capitol Medical Center.

GEORGE A. DAVIDSON, JR., retired Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dominion and former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Consolidated Natural Gas Company. He is a director of PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. and Goodrich Corporation. Mr. Davidson received his undergraduate degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Virginia Electric and Power Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dominion, and was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Consolidated Natural Gas Company, a former wholly-owned subsidiary that merged into Dominion in June 2007. He is also a director of the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO). Mr. Farrell received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Virginia, where he is currently a member of the Board of Visitors. Mr. Farrell joined Dominion in 1995 after practicing law with a regional law firm and has held several executive management positions for Dominion and its subsidiaries.
