Facility Location Request
You can now e-mail Dominion to request
an electric facility location map.
This form should not be used for gas mapping requests or site
marking and locating service. Refer to our Web
page, "Call Before You Dig," for
more information and telephone numbers.
Follow these 3 easy steps:
- Either cut and paste the required fields into your e-mail or download
a template of the required fields which could be saved and attached with your
e-mail.
- Attach a PDF or Microsoft Word document of your area of
interest.
- Email to Dominion.
Be sure to include all required information
below. Without this information,
Dominion cannot process your request.

Dominion does not warrant the accuracy, sufficiency or completeness
of grid maps for any purpose or to any person or entity. Dominion does not
intend or expect that any person or entity will rely on grid maps for any purpose.
Any such prohibited reliance on such grid map will be at the sole and assumed
risk of the person or entity improperly relying on the grid map, who shall,
further, be deemed to agree to hold Dominion harmless and indemnify Dominion
