No. Payment arrangements can't be granted while on Budget Billing.

Can I pay my actual account balance instead of the budget amount?
While on Budget Billing you should pay only the budget amount (not your current charges or the actual account balance).

Who's eligible for Budget Billing?
All residential customers who owe no more than their current bill are eligible for Budget Billing.

How is my monthly budget amount calculated?
The budget amount is based on the average of the previous bills for the past 12 months at your address and then adjusted for weather and current rates. Your account is reviewed periodically and your budget amounts may increase or decrease based on changes in usage, rates or weather. At the end of the budget year, any remaining Budget Billing balance is automatically adjusted into your new budget amount.

What changes will take place on my bills?
Actual or estimated meter readings, usage and costs will still appear on your monthly bills. The only difference is your bills will show your budget amount as the amount due.

If I move, will I still be on Budget Billing?
No. You will need to start Budget Billing at your new address. Your new budget amount will be based on the average usage at your new address. Already registered on our Web site? Sign in, enroll the account at your new address and you can start Budget Billing online. If not, register first. Then the option to start Budget Billing, as well as other online account management features, will be available to you.

What if I want to stop Budget Billing?
You can stop Budget Billing at any time online. Just register or sign in and the option to stop Budget Billing will be available to you. Your actual account balance will be due in full as soon as you stop Budget Billing.
