Pay your bill and/or deposit in person at any Dominion Authorized Payment Center in Virginia or North Carolina. You can pay with cash, check, traveler's or cashier's check or money order.

Payment Posting Schedule

Payments made:	Will be posted to your account on:	If you have a pending disconnection of service notice:
Before 5 p.m. EST Monday–Friday	the same day	no further action required
Between 5 p.m. & 10 p.m. EST Monday-Friday	the next business day	no further action required
After 10 p.m. EST Monday-Friday	the next business day	call Dominion with your receipt number
Saturday, Sunday & Holidays	the next business day	no further action required

Unauthorized Payment Centers

Businesses such as check cashing services and convenience stores may offer to send your payment to us. If you make your payment through an unauthorized payment center, you should know that:

It can take up to five business days for the payment to post to your Dominion account.
They may charge a fee.
Dominion is not responsible for the merchant’s timeliness or accuracy in recording your payment.
