Site Ready Checklist

The following items must be ready before Dominion can schedule work -

• The underground cable route has been cleared of trees, stumps and other obstructions * (View examples)
   
• The cable route is at final grade * (View examples)
   
• Lot lines and corners have been staked
   
• Stakes found missing must be replaced by your surveyors
   
• All private underground facilities have been located and marked
   
• The conditions listed must be maintained until electric service is installed
   
• Meter base and customer conductors are installed (See “Information and Requirements for Electric Service”)
   
• Obtain Electrical Inspection
   
• Conduit installations must be marked and a pull string available (if required) *
