As a Dominion East Ohio customer, you have important rights and responsibilities to ensure fair dealings between you and the company. These rights and responsibilities are afforded to you by the Ohio Minimum Gas Service Standards contained within Chapter 4901:1-13 of the Ohio Administrative Code.
