Electronic Check Conversion is a payment process that converts a consumer's paper check into an electronic transaction at the point the payment is processed. When you send us a check through US Mail, you authorize Dominion to convert your paper check into an electronic debit, which instructs your financial institution to transfer funds in the amount of your payment from your account to us.
