Managing your Dominion bills just got a lot easier! Like budget
billing for residential customers, Business Advantage offers small to medium-size
businesses a way to level out their bills, avoiding fluctuations in the amount
due.
Enrollment is open July 1 - October 1. Simply
pay the Business Advantage "offer amount" shown on
your bill. No forms, phone calls or other paperwork is necessary.

Will I save money with Business Advantage?
No. Business Advantage is simply a budgeting tool to help you avoid fluctuations
in your bill.
Are there any fees?
No, there are no fees or charges associated with Business Advantage.
Can I pay my actual account balance instead of the
Business Advantage amount?
While on the program, you should pay only the amount shown (not your current
charges or the actual account balance).
How is my monthly Business Advantage
amount calculated?
It's calculated based on the average of the previous bills for the past 12 months
and then adjusted for current rates. Your account is reviewed periodically and
the amount could increase or decrease based on changes in usage or rates. At
the end of 12 months, any remaining Business Advantage balance is automatically
adjusted into your new amount.
What changes will take place on my bills?
Actual or estimated meter readings, usage and costs will still appear on your
monthly bills. The only difference is your bills will show your Business Advantage
amount as the amount due.
What if I want to stop participating
in Business Advantage billing?
You can stop at any time. However, plan carefully since your actual account
balance will be due in full at that time, and you will not be able to re-enroll
in the program.
