For customers with visual impairment:

Dominion provides large-print or Braille statements upon request at no cost. These special statements are abbreviated versions of the complete customer bill.

Customers also receive a regular bill. Large-print statements are mailed with the regular bill and Braille statements generally arrive within 3-5 business days.

For hearing-impaired customers:

With TDD Equipment, call 1-800-291-7745 with any questions or to report a power outage. This number is answered between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday - Friday. To report an outage any other time, use Virginia Relay at 1-800-828-1120.
