Safety We set the bar very high when it comes to safety. It is our top priority. We start with the premise that every accident is preventable. No injury is acceptable. It’s a “zero-tolerance” approach, the only acceptable standard of performance. It’s simply the way we work, and the way we live.

Our employees know that businesses do not choose between right and wrong. People do. Individual integrity and behavior are what matters. One Dominion This is our term for teamwork. Dominion
employees are scattered across 18 states and

company. But they know the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. They pull together and
