Once you're enrolled, your monthly statements will show when your payments will be deducted. Continue to make payments as you normally would until your bill includes the message that your payments will be automatically drafted.

- Who's eligible?
Residential and business customers are eligible.
- When is my payment processed?
You choose the number of days after billing that you want us to process your payment. It can be between 11 and 28 days after each billing. Example: If you choose 12 days, we'll process your payment on or after the twelfth calendar day following each billing. And your bills will always show you when your payments will be drafted.
- How do I know if I'm in the program and, later, when payments are made?
Your bill will include a message with the date (on or after) that we will draft your automatic payment. You may stop paying by check once you see this message. There is no canceled check, but each month your bank statement will show the amount and date the bill was paid.
- If I move, will I automatically continue Bank Draft?
No. You will need to re-enroll.
- Can I suspend Bank Draft?
Yes. You can do this online. If you choose this option, please pay any outstanding balance by another method. Bank Draft will automatically resume with your next bill.
- How can I discontinue Bank Draft?
You can do this online.
- I want to suspend Bank Draft, but I don't see this option. Why not?
If the suspend option is not displayed, it means you don't yet have a bill due for the current billing cycle. You'll need to wait until a draft is scheduled to suspend it.
- I changed my banking information. When will my account be drafted using the new information?
If you have a pending draft amount and date, the old account information will be used. If you have no pending draft, the next draft will use the new banking information.
