company’s quarterly prices since 1972 when the company was known as Virginia
Electric and Power Company. Bi-monthly prices for shares purchased through Dominion
Direct are also listed. This list also contains information on the taxability
of Virginia Electric and Power Company and Dominion dividends going as far back
as 1957.
The Consolidated Natural Gas (CNG) share price list is a
general listing of CNG’s prices since 1943. CNG dividends have been fully taxable
since that time.
