Dominion Capital Board Elects Chief Operating
Officer
RICHMOND, Va. -- The board of directors of Dominion Capital
Inc. has elected Hayden D. McMillian chief operating officer. He retains his
position as senior vice president.
McMillian was formerly chief financial officer of Dominion
Capital. He joined the company in 1994 as vice president and treasurer.
Prior to joining Dominion Capital, McMillian held senior
positions with various investment banking institutions in the areas of mergers
and acquisitions and raising private capital. Previously, he was an attorney
with the Washington, DC office of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld where his
practice centered on mergers and acquisitions, hostile takeover defense and
antitrust issues.

McMillian, 43, received his law degree from the University
of Utah in 1981 and a masters of business administration from the University
of Virginia in 1988.
He is married with three children and lives in Richmond.
