Dominion Resources Board Elects Hetzer, Hall,
Hunter, Wilkerson to New Officer Positions
RICHMOND, Va- The board of directors of Dominion Resources
Inc. (NYSE: D) has elected G. Scott Hetzer as senior vice president and treasurer,
William C. Hall Jr. as vice president - corporate communications, Karen E. Hunter
as vice president - financial planning, and Patricia A. Wilkerson as vice president
and corporate secretary, effective May 1.
Thos. E. Capps, president, chairman and chief executive officer,

individuals whose service in their respective areas of responsibility sets the

Hetzer, 42, was formerly vice president and treasurer. Before
joining the company in 1997, he was managing director at Wheat First Butcher
Singer. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the
University of Richmond in 1978 and a master’s degree in business administration
from the University of Virginia in 1984.
Hall, 46, was previously assistant vice president - corporate
communications. He joined the company’s principal subsidiary, Virginia Power,
in 1983 and has held a variety of senior communications, finance and investor
relations positions at both companies. Hall was managing editor of The Danville
(Va.) Register from 1979 to 1983. He received his bachelor’s degree in management
from the University of Richmond in 1975.
Hunter, 44, was previously assistant vice president - financial
planning. She joined the company in 1987 and has held a variety of positions,
including manager - corporate taxation, assistant controller and manager - corporate
financial analysis and planning. She received her bachelor’s degree in commerce
from the University of Virginia in 1980 and her master’s degree in tax from
Virginia Commonwealth University in 1987. Hunter is also a certified public
accountant.
Wilkerson, 43, was formerly corporate secretary and had served
as assistant corporate secretary and manager - shareholder relations. Wilkerson
joined the company in 1978. She received a bachelor’s degree in mass communications
from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1977.Dominion Resources is an $18 billion
