Dominion Resources to Host Conference Calls
- January 26 Call To Discuss Fourth-Quarter And Full Year Earnings
- January 29 Call Will Broadcast Quarterly Analyst Meetings
RICHMOND, Va. – Dominion (NYSE: D) will host conference calls
for investors on Friday, January 26, and Monday, January 29. Members of the
media are invited to listen.
January 26 earnings conference call
Dominion will host a conference call for investors at 3:00
p.m., EST, on January 26, 2001. Dominion management will review fourth-quarter
and full-year earnings to be released that morning. Domestic investors who wish
to participate should call 800-231-9012. International investors should call
719-457-2617. The confirmation number required to join the call is 438744.
A simultaneous web cast of the call will be available on
Dominion’s investor web page (www.dom.com/investors),
or at www.streetfusion.com.
A tape recording of the conference call will be available
beginning at approximately 6:00 p.m., EST, January 26 through 11:00 p.m., EST,
January 31. Domestic investors may access the recording by dialing 888-203-1112.

access code for the tape-recorded replay is also 438744. A replay of the conference

January 29 analyst meetings
Dominion will host analyst meetings in New York at 10:00
a.m. and 3:00 p.m., EST on January 29, 2001. Thos. E. Capps, chairman, president
and chief executive officer, and other members of top management will discuss
the company's financial and strategic outlook. Domestic investors who wish to
