Dominion Management to Present at Deutsche
Banc Alex. Brown Conference

RICHMOND, Va., June 11, 2001 – Thomas N. Chewning, Dominion's
(NYSE: D) chief financial officer, and Thomas F. Farrell II, president and chief
executive officer of Dominion Energy, will deliver a presentation to investors
at Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown's Electric Power Conference. The presentation is
scheduled for Wednesday, June 13, 2001 at 1:55 p.m. EDT. The presentation material
will be available on-line at Dominion's investor home page (www.dom.com/investors)
after 8 a.m. EDT on June 13.

Dominion is one of the nation’s largest producers of energy,
with a production capability of 2.7 trillion British Thermal Units (BTUs) of
energy per day. The company has a power generation portfolio of more than 21,000
megawatts, which is expected to grow to approximately 28,000 megawatts by 2005.
