Dominion Sets Annual Meeting

RICHMOND, Va. -- Dominion (NYSE: D) will hold its annual meeting of shareholders on Friday, April 26, 2002 at 9:30 a.m. ET. The meeting will be held at the Library of Virginia, 800 East Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia.
