Representing every aspect of the company's work force in

the theme for the 2001 volunteer recognition program.

"Dominion volunteers share their talent and time to
fulfill a need -- whether they help improve a community or simply make someone
else happy," said Thos. E. Capps, chairman, president and CEO. "Their
spirit of humanity, enthusiasm and compassion is truly at the pulse of Dominion's
successful volunteer program."
Nearly all volunteer hours are carried out on the employee's
time, although company equipment and monetary donations may be used to support
worthy projects.
