U.S. Treasury Secretary John W. Snow will visit the home of
the Charles Donato family on Friday to discuss the availability of new tax credits
for homeowners who improve the energy efficiency of their existing homes. The
new tax credits are part of President Bush’s Energy Policy Act.
Bob Fulton, Dominion’s resident weatherization specialist,
has been sharing information on home energy efficiency through interviews and
