Consolidated Natural Gas Declares Quarterly Dividend

PITTSBURGH -- Directors of Consolidated Natural Gas Company have declared a regular quarterly dividend of 48.5 cents a share on the common stock, payable May 15, 1999, to shareholders of record as of April 15, 1999.
