Consolidated Natural Gas Declares Quarterly Dividend
PITTSBURGH - Directors of Consolidated Natural Gas Company
have declared a regular quarterly dividend of 48.5 cents a share on the common
stock, payable August 16, 1999, to shareholders of record as of July 15, 1999.
