"Innovative, smart, down to Earth and stable." That's
Dominion's personality, a research firm recently concluded. And there are many
factors -- like a strong management team, excellent business plan and good financials
-- that make us a premier investment.
To better spread the word, Dominion is reaching deep into
the heart of Wall Street with a new advertising campaign. The campaign is aimed
at putting "D" -- the New York Stock Exchange symbol for Dominion
-- right under the noses of institutional investors, analysts, financial media
and active individual investors.
"Have you seen D today?"
This phrase is the heart of four advertisements appearing
in Investors Business Daily, The New York Times, The
Wall Street Journal, Barrons, BusinessWeek, Forbes
and Fortune. Each offers a significant financial point about Dominion.
Below (in bold) is the text from each ad, along with some details and links.
"Find out more about the energy company
that delivered 60 percent total shareholder return over the past three years."(View

Despite a time of economic uncertainty, accounting
scandals and a resulting loss of faith by investors, Dominion shareholders
fared better than those of most companies. As outlined in our 2002 Annual
Report letter
to shareholders, our operating earnings per share* last year were up 60
percent since our merger with Consolidated Natural Gas in early 2000. Following
the CNG merger, we delivered a 3-year total return (share price appreciation
plus dividend) of more than 60 percent.
"Find out more about the energy company
that is the largest BTU provider in the Northeast."

Sometimes size matters. Dominion is a major provider
of electricity and natural gas in the Northeast -- bigger than anyone when
you combine the energy content of both as measured by BTUs, or British thermal
units. That matters because energy forms are increasingly interchangeable
in the marketplace and being big in both provides lots of opportunities. Details
and charts about Dominion's energy assets are in our 2002 Annual Report letter
to shareholders.
"Find out more about the energy company
that has paid 300 consecutive dividends since 1925."(View
the ad.)
Dominion has paid holders of common stock dividends for more than 77 consecutive
years. It's a record we are proud of, especially at time when many other companies
have had to eliminate or sharply reduce their dvidends. Learn more through
links on our Shareholders
page or view our 2002
Annual Report.
"Find out more about the energy company
that outperformed the S&P 500 Index by 98 percent over the last three
years."(View
the ad.)
While the stock market in general struggled over the
last three years, Dominion's shares performed quite well. We outperformed
the Dow Jones Utilities Index and S&P indexes tracking the natural gas
and power industries in each of the last three years. To learn how we did
it, see our 2002 Annual Report letter
to shareholders.
