Who can buy a light?

Outdoor lighting is available to our North Carolina customers in all applications, no restrictions. Virginia customers can enjoy outdoor lighting in the following applications:

Single-family homes
Civic, worship and multifamily locations (on existing poles, or on new poles after one year of service)
Businesses (on existing poles)

Note to all customers:

Many localities have lighting restrictions. It's a good idea to check with your local government for lighting restrictions before finalizing your plans.
