  • Acquired from Cypress Creek Renewables, LLC
  • A power purchase agreement is in place for the offtake from the solar facility

  • Located on approximately 30 acres in Chatham County, N.C.
  • Consists of approximately 18,704 modules
  • A power purchase agreement is in place for the offtake from the solar facility

Summit Farms

  • The facility entered service in December 2016
  • 60 megawatts
  • Located on about 650 acres near Moyock, N.C. in Currituck County, N.C.
  • Purchased from SunEnergy1, which developed and is the construction contractor on the project
  • Under a 25-year power purchase agreement with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston Medical Center and Post Office Square Redevelopment Corporation

  • Located on approximately 30 acres in Zebulon, N.C., in Wake County
