West Virginia Installers Information

Gas Line Installers

Effective March 1, 2016, Hope Gas, Inc., dba Dominion Hope (the "Company") will assume responsibility for the repair or replacement of the segment of natural gas piping (your "Natural Gas Service Line") extending from a point at the property line, right of way or easement line to the inlet of your meter. The Public Service Commission of West Virginia approved this change in Case No. 15-1600-G-390P.

If you have a warranty that covers the cost to repair or replace your Natural Gas Service Line up to your meter, you no longer need to purchase such a warranty (this would not include any warranty you may have purchased for piping between your meter and appliances). Accordingly, the Company recommends that you contact the provider of your existing warranty.

Should you have any questions about the Company now being responsible for the repair or replacement of your Natural Gas Service Line, please contact the Company at 1-800-688-4673 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.

For additional information, visit our Pipeline Replacement and Expansion Program page.
