Going one step further, Dominion attracts talented, qualified employees that reflect the communities we serve with the Troops to Energy Jobs and Diversity Scholarship programs. 

  • The Troops to Energy Jobs program helps link military members with rewarding careers in the energy industry. Dominion was among the first utilities in the country to partner in the program.
  • The Dominion Diversity Scholarship Program, which is open to students enrolled full-time in a field of study mutually beneficial to the company and the individual, assists students in achieving their fullest potential by providing a $5,000 scholarship and a paid summer internship.
