Consolidated Billing

Consolidated Billing - sometimes called Group Billing or Summary Billing -- is available to all customers with at least 25 electric accounts billed to the same name and mailed to the same address.

How Consolidated Billing Works

We send you a cover bill statement reflecting the sum of all billings and detailed billing on all the accounts. Consolidated bills are rendered once a month approximately every 30 days.

All cover bills are to be paid in full. If there's a dispute over any of the individual items on the bill that is later resolved in your favor, an adjustment will appear on a future bill.

Late Payment Charges

Accounts under Consolidated Billing are subject to different late payment charge criteria than are regular bills. Consolidated bills must be paid within 28 days of the date of billing to avoid a late payment charge.
