Consolidated Billing

Consolidated Billing - sometimes called Group Billing or Summary Billing -- is available to all customers whose service is subject to the Virginia State Corporation Commission. The service is also available for customers subject to the contract between the County & Municipal League and Dominion Virginia Power, however the terms are different and such customers should call us for details on 1-866-DOM-HELP (1-866-366-4357).

How Consolidated Billing Works

If you have 25 or more electric accounts with Dominion Virginia Power, all in the same name and mailed to the same address, you can get those bills on a consolidated statement. We send you a cover bill statement reflecting the sum of all the billings and detailed billing on all the accounts. The consolidated bill and detailed account billings are rendered approximately every 30 days.

All cover bills are to be paid in full. If there is a dispute over any of the individual items on the bill that is later resolved in your favor, an adjustment will appear on a future bill.

Late Payment Charges

A late charge is assessed when full payment is not received within 28 calendar days of the day of billing.
