Income and Age Qualifying Solar Program

Energy costs can be a significant expense. The Income and Age Qualifying Solar program was created to reduce these costs. This program provides solar panels at no cost for qualifying customers who have participated in our Income and Age Qualifying Weatherization programs and received HVAC program improvements.

EnergyShare^® Weatherization

The EnergyShare^® Weatherization Program assists qualifying Dominion Energy customers by providing a no cost home energy assessment and energy efficiency upgrades to their home. Dominion Energy customers who receive EnergyShare^® bill payment assistance are automatically eligible for assistance.
